At Super Cichlids, we are proud to offer a 14-day NO HASSLE RETURN policy on all dry goods purchased from www.SuperCichlids.com. Here's what it means for you: if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the item for a FULL refund.

How It Works:

  1. Return Period: The 14-day return period starts from the day you receive your item.
  2. Full Refund: You will receive a full refund credited to the original payment method.
  3. Shipping Costs:
    • If the item is not defective, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • If the item is broken or defective, Super Cichlids will cover the return shipping costs.
  4. Processing Time: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and posted to your account.

Please note that we have a no return or exchange policy on live fish purchased from our retail store in Dover, Delaware.
